GOVERNMENT
Roschfallen is unitary and secular feudal state under an absolute monarchy . The Sovereign Lord and the Captain Regent are both the Heads of Government, while the Lord is alone the Head of State. There is a Legislative house named Council of Fools whose 16 members are appointed by the Lord. Also the judiciary power is exercised by a sole tribunal called Inquisitional Court, formed by 5 Inquisitors and 1 High Inquisitor.
DIPLOMACY
Roschfallens's international relations are based on Article 4 of the National Constitution, which establishes non-intervention, self-determination, international cooperation and coordenation and the peaceful settlement of conflicts. Currently, Roschfallen is recognized as an independent and sovereign micronation by thirty-one micronations: Ruthenia, Liberia, Gaussland, Acrin, Horvatia, Karnia, Letzembourg, Argadia, Appinfeldt, Tsechia, Scotia, Carphthia, Axvalley, Hakodate, Schneeblutig, Harran, Unx, Arabic Empire, Manso, Acadeshia, Znatsnaz, Lorien, Alissonovia, Jandira, Rubrayev, Leontino, Escorvania, Piratini, Bugolavia, Arabic Empire, Mauricia, Sealand, Reunion, among others.
ARMED FORCES
The armed forces of Roschfallen consists of the Dominant Army, the Dominant Light Navy and the Dominant Air Force, numbering total 22 active personnel.
